Booking FAQs
What types of events can NeuroCalm Collective attend?
We can provide sensory regulation spaces for a wide range of events, including festivals, live music events, Pride and LGBTQ+ events, neurodiversity and accessibility events, community and family events, private celebrations and more. If your event isn't listed, you're still welcome to enquire.
How much does it cost to book NeuroCalm Collective?
Our pricing varies depending on the size, duration, location and requirements of your event. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll review the details and provide you with a tailored quotation.
How much space do you need?
This depends on the level of sensory provision required and the space available at your event. We can work with different event environments and will discuss the space requirements with you following your enquiry.
Do I need to know which service I want before enquiring?
Not at all. Tell us about your event, expected attendance and available space, and we'll help recommend the most appropriate option.
What does the sensory space include?
Our spaces include carefully selected equipment and resources designed to support sensory regulation, comfort and accessibility. The exact provision varies depending on the service and event requirements. Full details are provided directly to organisers as part of the booking process.
Is the sensory space staffed?
Staffed provision is available depending on the service selected and requirements of your event. We'll discuss this with you when reviewing your enquiry.
Who can use the sensory space?
Our spaces are designed particularly with neurodivergent, disabled and sensory-sensitive attendees in mind. However, attendees do not need to provide or disclose a diagnosis to access sensory support.
Is NeuroCalm Collective a medical or first aid service?
No. NeuroCalm Collective provides sensory regulation and accessibility provision. Our service is designed to complement, rather than replace, an event's existing first aid, medical, welfare, safeguarding and security arrangements.
Can you provide sensory provision for outdoor events?
Yes. Our service can be suitable for outdoor events, subject to appropriate space, site and weather conditions. We'll discuss the practical requirements with you before confirming your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for festivals and larger events. However, we'll always consider shorter-notice enquiries where we have availability.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We'll review the information you've provided and contact you by email to discuss your event, availability and the most appropriate sensory provision. Once everything is agreed, we'll provide a quotation and booking information.
Does submitting an enquiry commit me to booking?
No. Submitting the form is completely obligation-free. Your booking will only proceed once the service, price and relevant booking terms have been agreed.
Can you tailor the service to our event?
Yes. Every event is different, so we consider factors such as your audience, event environment, expected attendance, available space and existing accessibility provision when recommending a suitable setup.
Can I contact you if I have another question?
Absolutely. If your question isn't answered here, email us at hello@neurocalmcollective.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
